Born in New Orleans, Anne moved to Florida after graduating in Business Administration and Marketing from Loyola University of the South in 1972. Together with her husband Bob, a native of Palm Beach County, they began their careers in Real Estate. Wasting no time, the Bosso's earned their Realtor Licenses as soon as they arrived in town. Bob began to work as an associate of George Richman at Richman Realty while Anne joined the Area Planning Board of Palm Beach County at a time, when comprehensive planning was in its infancy and Palm Beach County was just experiencing a new boom in development. This planning background became the foundation of Anne's knowledge of Real Estate and by extension of the Palm Beach County Property Market. In 1978 she enrolled in graduate school and earned a masters degree in Administration and Public Science from Nova University. In 1985 Anne expanded her goals further and joined Callaway and Price, one of the largest and most prestigious real estate appraisal firms in South Florida. Her responsibility was to conduct the firm's market studies and market analysis for new developments as well as existing projects. Her analyses and appraisals included multifaceted projects ranging from small commercial projects, office buildings and industrial sites to many of the county's skyscrapers and large scale residential country club developments. Alongside her day-time employment, she enhanced her qualification by attending classes toward her MAI designation and successfully completed her qualification as a State Registered General Appraiser for commercial and residential properties. In addition to Anne's extensive formal qualification, it is the decades of practice in the local Real Estate Market and the experience of its dynamics during the different business cycles, that led to her extensive working knowledge of the Palm Beach County Real Estate Market - A knowledge she now diligently employs in the service of her clients, after joining her husband Bob full-time at Bosso Realty in 1990. While Anne still attends appraisal classes and conducts property appraisals for various clients, including estate lawyers, accountants and is occasionally invited to testify in court, her main role is that of the sales manager and leading sales person at Bosso Realty. For the past several years she was listed as one of the top 10% of the sales producers in northern Palm Beach County in MLS and the North County Board of Realtors. Anne's love for the Real Estate Business is expressed in her strong work ethic combined with her friendly, energetic nature and her uncompromising dedication to customer service.
